This shipped quickly, came packaged well so it arrived in good order, and was fairly priced and in great shape out of B stock. Customer service was polite and responsive in answering my questions. The cover is now on my R1T, doing a great job securing and protecting my bed contents while also making the truck look that much better.
Well designed overall with the exception of water tightness. After driving in a thunderstorm, I noticed water on both sides of the truck bed. I recommend wrapping any valuable items before transport. It's not surprising given the segmented design, hence the 5 stars.

As disclosed, not fully water tight. That’s the only improvement I wish they could make. But it’s not super leaky & so far seems to be quite solid - looks sweet too.

Previous ordered Rivian tonneau and a piece broke and their customer service was terrible. If choosing between this and Rivian for tonneau, save yourself the headache and get interrobang.

Very small leakage in moderate rain, sturdy, easily installed and secure. Probably a better sliding design than the OEM version.
Not light weight. Matte surface collects dust. Panels are longer than the bed is wide or long so in practice they are best stored in the pass through or at home. Did not buy the storage bag. Saved the shipping box and materials instead. A proper pole to pull out bed contents from behind the tailgate may be a good idea. My after market bed liner is not slippery which can make smaller item retrieval difficult.
